Hue is the capital city of Vietnam dated back early 18th century and packed with temples, pagodas, tombs and palaces with impressive architectural features. One of the most famous places that visitors should set foot on is the Imperial City which is the walled fortress and royal palace. It was served as a place for official receptions, important court ceremonies, ancestor worship as well as for the royal family's residence.

Day 8:
Hue – Hoian Walking Tour (B, L)
Today, you will have a 3 hour drive to Hoian via Danang. There will be a photo opportunity at Hai Van Pass and Lang Co Beach. An afternoon walking tour in Hoian includes Ancient Town, Chinese Assembly Halls, Japanese covered bridge, and Phung Hung Ancient House. Rest of the day is free for shopping. Overnight in Hoian.

Day 9:
Hoian–Saigon–Mui Ne (Phan Thiet) (B, L)
In the morning you will join a tour of the market and some shopping for the ingredients required then you will be taken to the cooking school and restaurant.
The cooking class is suitable for all levels and ability, it will be a fun morning and you get to ‘enjoy’ your efforts in the restaurant for lunch. Afterward, you will take an afternoon flight to Saigon. On arrival, you will be transferred to Mui Ne for your overnight stay.

Northeast of Phan Thiet the coastal road climbs over the slope of a Cham-Tower-topped hill and descends onto the long, sandy crescent of Mui Ne Bay. The formerly little-inhabited beach south of the fishing village of Mui Ne proper has seen some serious development in the last 15 years. Now it is a 15 km long strip of resorts that line up like pearls on Nguyen Dinh Chieu street, shaded by coconut palms.
