Hanoi Culinary Tour
A 5 day gourmet tour in Northern Vietnam is especially designed for all those interested in knowing the secrets of the Hanoian cuisines.
This foodie tour offers travelers with a half day of Hanoi city tour, a 2 day excursion to amazing Halong Bay and another half day spent with a Vietnam's top chef on a cooking course.

Day 1:
Hanoi Arrival
Arrive at Hanoi airport, you will be met and transferred to hotel for check in. Free at your own pace. Overnight in Hanoi.

Day 2:
Hanoi City Tour and Cooking Class (B, L)
Morning Hanoi city tour includes Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, Presidential Palace, One Pillar Pagoda, Temple of Literature and Vietnam Ethnology Museum. After lunch, you will take part in a cooking class by first taking a cyclo ride to one of the biggest market for purchasing the food ingredients then to cooking class center. You will have chance to learn how to make a number of regional delicacies, which can be Banana Flower Salad and Spring Rolls. After a half-afternoon session, you will enjoy a delicious dishes that you have created. Overnight in Hanoi.

Day 3:
Hanoi - Ha Long Overnight Cruise (B, L, D)
After breakfast, depart to Halong City, approximately 4 hour drive. On arrival at Halong City you will board our junk for a cruise in emerald waters of Halong Bay. You have chance to enjoy the stunning scenery of this UNESCO-designated World Heritage Site. After having a fresh seafood lunch, you will explore some of the limestone caves in this area. Tonight our junk anchors on the bay, Dinner and overnight on boat .

Day 4:
Halong Bay - Hanoi (B, L)
Wake up by morning breeze, you will breakfast on board followed by taking a small sampan to see another cave. Back to sit on the upper deck to enjoy the beauty of the rocky islands rising from the emeraude water of the bay and cruising around Bai Tu Long bay, passing by Bai Tho Mountain. Sea food lunch will be served on boat. Sail back to harbor around noon where our car returns you to Hanoi for your overnight stay. Rest of the day is at your own pace.

Hanoi Departure(B)
Free until transferring to airport for your flight onward. End of services.
