Day 1:
Ho Chi Minh – Vinh Long ( Mekong Delta) ( L, D)
Our guide and driver will come to meet you at your hotel in Saigon around 8:00am and depart to Vinh Long which is part of the Mekong Delta. On arrival, you will visit Vinh Long market, Tien Chau Pagoda and the Fish-Rafts village. In the evening, you may help to prepare dinner with a local family. Perhaps learn how to cook Vietnamese food while chatting with the host family about the Mekong inhabitants’ life. Overnight in homestay.

Day 2:
Mekong Delta (B, L, D)
Take a morning stroll along the village paths or try cycling or rowing sampan. Discover an ancient house in Tien Giang before having lunch with a traditional music performance.In the afternoon, take a boat trip on small canals to visit a bonsai garden, an orchard, coconut candy workshops, bamboo basket weaving, and palm leaf weaving to discover the daily activities of the local people. More cooking lessons tonight whilst making dinner. Overnight in homestay.

Day 3:
Mekong – Ho Chi Minh (B, L)
After breakfast, you will take a boat trip to Cai Be floating market, one of the largest floating markets in Southeast Asia, which is unique to the Mekong Delta Region. On our return journey to Saigon there will be time to visit a rice paper making workshop before returning to your hotel in HCMC. Tour ends around 4:00pm.
