A relaxing bike ride from Bangkok covers the main highlights and a few hidden gems of what was the most splendid city of the eastern Thailand.

From exploring the temples by foot and bike, you then head out of this historic city to follow the back roads that follow the Chao Praya river to Bang Pa-In, where you will cross over the river. This is a gentle 25 kilometer ride along country back roads and is suitable for anyone that can ride a bike. The roads are flat, quiet countryside trails pass by many local communities.   

  • Day 1: Ayutthaya Cycling Tour 1 Day

    07:00 - 09:00: Pick up from hotel and drive to Ayutthaya - Sightseeing at Wat Chai Mongkol.  09:00 - 13:00: Transfer to the Wat Phra Mahathat, and visit, before cycling to Wat Phra Si Sanphet, old Royal Palace. You then start cycling to the summer at Bang Pa-In via Wat Chai Wattanaram  13:00 - 14:00: Lunch at local restaurant.  14:00 - 15:00: Visit Summer palace  15:00 - 16:30: Transfer back to your hotel in Bangkok.
