Short Break to Hanoi - Halong
Experience the sights and sounds of Hanoi city combined with a day trip to Halong Bay recognized by UNESCO as a World Natural Heritage Site.
This 3 day tour starts in Hanoi, the capital ciy of Vietnam. You will explore from a maze of ancient backstreets where hawkers and street stalls abound and traditional Vietnamese life to modern buildings and shady, tree-lined boulevards. Next, travel to Halong Bay, which is considered the 8th wonder of the world, board on a wooden junk, cruise on emerald water and among the famous limestone marine landscape, visit the biggest cave in Halong and enjoy the fresh seafood lunch on the boat.

Day 1:
Hanoi Arrival
Welcome upon arrival at Noi Bai airport in the morning, meet and transfer to your hotel for check-in. In the afternoon, you will take a half day tour of Hanoi including Temple of literature, Hoa Lo prison, Catherdral, Opera House, Hoan Kiem Lake, Ngoc Son Temple and Old Quarter called 36 Ancient Streets. Enjoy the Water Puppet Show. Overnight in Hanoi.

Day 2:
Hanoi – Halong – Hanoi (B, L, D)
Our guide and driver will come to meet you at your hotel around 8:00am and transfer to Halong Bay, which is recognized by UNESCO as World Natural Heritage Site. It is an about 3.5-hour drive to Halong Bay. Take a break in between to use rest room or have breakfast. On arrival at Halong pier around noon, you will board a small wooden junk and get off to the famous limestone marine landscape. Seafood lunch will be served on board while the boat is cruising. You will have a 5 hour cruise to discover the beauty of Halong Bay. It is enough to see the most popular sights of it. You will not have time to cruise farther to the less travelled area. However, you’ll be able to soak up the natural splendor of Halong, relax on the sundeck and admire the different island and Islets with their differently fantastic shapes. You will stop to visit Sung Sot cave, one of the biggest ones in Halong Bay and climb up to the top of Titop Island to view the entire Halong Bay. If time permits, you will also have a 30 minute swim right at the Titop beach. Return to pier where our car returns you to Hanoi for your dinner and overnight stay.

Hanoi Departure (B)
After breakfast, spend your last minute shopping till transferring to airport for your flight home. End of services.
